Ungodly traits are basically the opposite of that. so:
Hating god/not being part of any of his religions
Disobedience, primarily to god but also any authority
The seven deadly sins
Doing shit associated religious text says to not do
Sticking out/independence/not fitting in
Rebellion/revolution
Love (and anything else) that goes against societal values or in general fighting to change the status quo
Chaos
Hedonism/decadence/binging/addiction
Self delusion or otherwise not owning to/admitting to sins

I mean praying to the devil/wanting to go to hell etc also deffo helps

2. His world is a "real world but there's hidden spirits and ghosts & etc." type, but in practice it's closer to a no. The big capital-g Christian God would be more like a generalized holy power than any individual you could actually meet. Small-scale regional gods/demons or aspects of old fun myths/stories are more of a thing.

3. 2-3 for either side. Doesn't want trouble, respects his mom, good boy, but he IS also a baby trickster fox. He'll steal your wifi and not feel even a little bit bad about it.

btw there's hella spoilers for Blue Exorcist in here but you're probably expecting that.

1. Half of Rin's soul is locked away in the sword he carries around sometimes. Specifically the demon half. Because he's half-demon and his demon inclinations were locked away in his sword to make him look and act more like a human.

Also Rin is the son of Satan. That is definitely something that Lucifer could pick up on.

2. Demons definitely exist, and religious stuff works against demons (like, holy water burns them), but there has been no actual confirmation of if God (and angels and such) are real or not. Generally fans assume they are, but that is still just an assumption. So I'd say 'yes' for now, because Blue Exorcist is a monthly series and we probably won't get confirmation one way or the other for like five years.

Godly: He was raised by a Catholic priest so he knows all about the religion and probably believes in God, but day-to-day he's not particularly pious. So overall I'd put it at like a 4/10.

Ungodly: WELL I MEAN. HALF-DEMON? But at the same time he's not specifically trying to do anything ungodly, it's more that he's just doing whatever he wants and sometimes that's not particularly holy. So probably a 4 or 5/10.

1. a little. she's a 'story' that was 'written into existence' except that really just means like 'artificially created human' on the same level as a clone. basically.
